MAT Systems Ltd is a small UK company based near Winchester,
Hampshire. We have been established since 1995 and have over 14
years experience in designing and building databases and bespoke
applications for both large and small companies.
Because we are a small company ourselves, we understand the

Being small means that we do not charge the expensive rates of
most large software houses and consultancies. A bespoke system
