Orchestrate is our off the shelf software application tool for event management. It gives you the ability to manage all of your suppliers and put them into categories.

Full contact management is included, of course, with all venues and full details of all function rooms can be kept in one convenient place. All details of your events can be held along with client information, venue contacts and supplier details.

Orchestrate allows you to manage the entire event process right from your initial enquiry through to quotes from suppliers. You can produce quotes and raise contracts and purchase orders for all of your event management suppliers, clients and venues.

The application can create emails and letters using an editor similar to Word. All of these can be created complete with all your contact details filled in automatically inside a feature rich template. All of these templates can easily be customised to suit your own business and corporate image.

Orchestrate integrates perfectly with Outlook or you can use our own built in email client if you don’t use Outlook. Once sent, all of these letters and emails are saved in connection with your clients, suppliers or venue contact details for future reference.

Each individual event status can be easily tracked allowing follow up management in an efficient manner. Our event management software allows you to easily create mail shots by email or letter enabling you to effectively target groups of clients, suppliers or venues, using printed labels created directly from the application.
